While we use SSL encryption (the highest form of data encryption commercially available) to protect sensitive information online, we also do everything in our power to protect user-information off-line.

Return Policy

Healthy You Supplements will be happy to issue you a full refund minus a 10% restocking fee in the form of an in store credit within 30 days on all unopened products. We must be notified of all returns prior to their return shipment.

If you would like to return an item please ship it to our warehouse. Shipping and handling (S&H) charges are non-refundable; however, we will gladly refund your original shipping cost if you are returning an item because of an error on our part, or we have determined that the product is defective. Promotional items (T-shirts, Shaker Cups, etc.), may be kept in lieu of any inconvenience you may have incurred.

All International sales are final.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

In the unfortunate event that any of your products arrive damaged, or if there has been an error in your order, please contact our Customer Service Department within 48 hours and we will be happy to assist you in resolving this matter.

Shipping Information

Shipping Policies:

1. Enjoy free shipping when you spend $99.00 or more across Canada

2. We are currently unable to ship to the US and internationally

3. All orders within Canada will include a tracking number. Your tracking number can be found in your confirmation email after your order has been shipped.

Shipping Time

1. Orders received prior to 2:00 pm EST will usually be processed and shipped the same day (excluding weekends and holidays). During peak periods, orders may not be processed until the following day.

(Orders placed before 2:00pm EST and over $400.00 plus $15 handling qualify for same day delivery to your home- OFFER ONLY APPLIES TO RESIDENCE IN THE KITCHENER-WATERLOO AREA)

2. All parcels are shipped by PURULATOR – Depending on what Province and city you are in, shipping takes between 3-7 business days.

3. If a product that you have ordered is not available or on back- order, you will receive an email from us before your order has been shipped out and we will offer the following: We can hold your order and ship everything once the missing product(s) are back in stock.

We can issue a refund or credit for the missing product(s).
